                            GetBkColor function

  DECLARATION:  GetBkColor

      PURPOSE:  Returns the value of the current background color.

         UNIT:  Graph

      REMARKS:  The current background color can range in value from
                0 to 15, depending on the current graphics mode and driver.

                GetBkColor will return 0 if the 0th palette entry is
                changed by a call to SetPalette or SetAllPalette.

 RESTRICTIONS:  Must be in graphics mode.
